Every year, one of the main goal most people set for themselves is to eat healthy, lose weight and exercise. Easier said then done right. I’m right here with ya!! I’ve been struggling myself to keep up with all three. I have a busy schedule which involves being a mom, a wife and handling a job.. Sometimes when i get home from work, the last thing i can honestly think about is working out. I get tired. I would take my gym clothes with me and say to myself ” you’re going straight to the gym after work”. ‘ll end up taking the direction to my house instead. At this point, i’m asking you all : Are you keeping up with your diet/exercise life. What do you do to make sure that you’re balancing life and working out? Here are some tips i have come up with that could be beneficial to you and to myself of course to stay on track with the diet/exercise resolution.
The best way to keep up with your daily exercise/diet routine is to make a vision board. The vision board is to help you remember what your resolution is and to stick to it. Second thing that i would suggest is to meal prep. Keeping healthy foods on hand makes sticking to your goals way easier. “If you have cut veggies, grilled protein, and pre-made grains in the fridge, you never have an excuse to cheat.”Another thing to do is to give yourself a schedule to work out according to your day. The more active you are, the more energized and empowered you’ll feel. “If you make other positive lifestyle choices such as working out, then general health and self-care becomes top of mind and you’re more likely to carry it over into all areas of your life, including what you eat.”
